適用人群于(yu)圓洞及中小型管線的(de)開口處表面處理設備，它是使(shi)(shi)用無氣噴工(gong)(gong)業(ye)油漆(qi)(qi)機(ji)氣力輸送機(ji)來(lai)的(de)髙壓工(gong)(gong)業(ye)油漆(qi)(qi)，順(shun)利通過珍(zhen)品的(de)噴口，使(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)油漆(qi)(qi)做(zuo)(zuo)霧化后(hou)就直接進行音(yin)響(xiang)喇叭(ba)形（園圓錐形、中空），均地噴在(zai)管線內界面，最后(hou)完成管線的(de)表面處理設備。 NKP-1型大(da)部分使(shi)(shi)用做(zuo)(zuo)Ф50-Ф300mm的(de)途徑，外墻乳膠漆(qi)(qi)粘度指數不能高與80秒（4號福特杯）。要是漆(qi)(qi)料消費黏(nian)性低過80秒，用加液體稀釋溶(rong)解。NKP-1型關鍵上未受(shou)通道直徑減少，但最合適不短于(yu)15米。
